2. Giving right for photographing, videotaping and filming of the Library’s interior and exhibitions – price negotiable.
3. Excursing – main building:
   • Unescorted excursion – 2 UAH/person (total cost – 8 UAH at a minimum).
   • Escorted excursion accompanied by corresponding historical notices – 3 UAH/person (total cost – 12 UAH at a minimum).
4. Determination of the UDC, BBK indices and the author mark for scientific works and publications – 5 UAH.
5. Making Xerox copies of those documents from the Library reserves published after 1945:
   • A4 copy – 0,30 UAH.
   • A3 copy – 0,60 UAH.
6. *   Making of a digital copy (either scanning or photocopying) of those documents from the Library reserves published before 1945 at the following rates:
   
   • 1-20 pp. – 12 UAH.
   • 21-40 pp. – 16 UAH.
   • 41-50 pp. – 20 UAH.
   • 51-60 pp. – 24 UAH.
   • 61-70 pp. – 28 UAH.
   • 71-80 pp. – 32 UAH.
   • 81-90 pp. – 36 UAH.
   • 91-100 pp. – 40 UAH.
   • 101 pp. and more – 0,40 UAH/1 page, negotiable price.
7. *   Making of a digital copy (photocopying) of those documents from the Library reserves (except for newspapers) published after 1945 but are not subject to Xerox copying:
   • 1 photocopy – 0,30 UAH + 2 UAH (the digital device cost).
8. **   Giving right for photocopying those documents from the Library reserves published after 1945 and belonging to the following departments: the Manuscripts Department, the Ukrainian Studies Department, the Rare Books Department, the Periodicals Department, the Cartography Department and the Department called “The Omelyan and Tetyana Antonovych Art Palace” at the following rates:
   • 1-10 pp. – 10 UAH.
   • 11-40 pp. – 15 UAH.
   • 41-80 – 20 UAH.
   • 81 page and more – 30 UAH, negotiable price.
9. **   Giving right for photocopying the newspapers published after 1945 – 0,25 UAH/1 copy.
10. **   Giving right for photocopying those documents from the Library reserves (except for newspapers) published after 1945 and belonging to the following departments: the Manuscripts Department, the Ukrainian Studies Department, the Rare Books Department, the Periodicals Department, the Cartography Department and the department called “The Omelyan and Tetyana Antonovych Art Palace” – 0,30 UAH/1 copy.
11. **   Giving right for photocopying the cartography publications from the Cartography Office reserves at the following rates:
    • printed anciently maps:
      • 16th c. – 25 UAH/1 map.
      • 17th c. – 20 UAH/1 map.
      • 18th c. – 15 UAH/1 map.
    • rare maps of between 1800 and 1945 – 15 UAH/1 map.
    • other maps of between 1800 and 1945 – 5 UAH/1 map.
12. Making of a digital copy (scanning) of those maps published after 1945 (CD/DVD recording) at the following rates:
    • 1 map – 4 UAH + 2 UAH (the digital device cost).
